How do you price smaller works?
Individually, after a site visit, with a fixed written quotation. Some real recent examples: a new garage door came to about £3,930 including VAT, and a full guttering replacement came to about £2,670 including VAT.
Is there a minimum job size?
No fixed minimum, but we're a Chartered building contractor rather than a handyman service — we're best value on work that actually needs managing. If a job isn't right for us, we'll tell you straight away rather than quote you a silly number.
