The qualifications behind every SwiftBrick job
Anyone can say they're qualified. Here's the paperwork. Our director Luke Regan is a Chartered Builder — a grade held by fewer than 2% of people in UK construction — backed by the highest site-management qualification there is. Take a look, then check any of it at the source.

Chartership can't be bought or fast-tracked — it's earned over a career and can be taken away for poor conduct, which is exactly why it means something. It sits with Luke personally, and he manages every SwiftBrick project himself.
