Our Director, Luke Regan, is personally Chartered with the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB). Most MCIOB holders work for large national housebuilders — finding one running a small residential contracting business is genuinely rare. He personally oversees every project, ensuring it's delivered correctly, safely, and to a consistently high standard.
