Who we are
Our Director, Luke Regan, is personally Chartered with the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB). Most MCIOB holders work for large national housebuilders — finding one running a small residential contracting business is genuinely rare. He personally oversees every project, ensuring it's delivered correctly, safely, and to a consistently high standard.
At SwiftBrick Ltd, we don't take shortcuts. In an industry where poor workmanship and lack of oversight can lead to costly problems later on, every detail is carefully managed to protect your home and your investment. By getting involved at the design stage, we plan projects properly from the outset — helping you make informed decisions, plan efficiently, and avoid expensive mistakes before work begins.
We specialise in extensions, structural alterations, home improvements, landscaping and bespoke building projects, and also provide construction consultancy and building surveys. We work with clients who want things done properly the first time — prioritising quality, reliability, minimal disruption, and long-term value over the lowest quote.

Insurance & guarantee
Are you insured?
Yes. SwiftBrick Ltd holds £2 million public liability and £5 million employers' liability insurance, underwritten by U K Insurance Limited (Direct Line). Certificates are available on request, and we'll hand them over with your quote if you'd like to see them.
Is the work guaranteed?
Major projects can be covered by a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee, arranged through Peacock Insurance and underwritten by FCA-regulated insurers. An IBG means your guarantee still stands even if the company stops trading — which is precisely when an ordinary builder's promise becomes worthless. Most builders don't offer one. Ask for it when you get your quote and we'll set it out in writing.
What about Building Control?
All notifiable work is certified by Building Control. We don't consider a job finished until it's signed off, and you receive the documentation at handover.
