The bit you can't see later
Footings, drainage, steel bearings, cavity trays, insulation — the parts that decide whether a building stays dry and still in twenty years are all covered up by week six. We photograph them so you can see how they were done.
Building Control at every stage
Where a job needs it, the inspector sees the trenches, the concrete, the damp-proof course, the structure and the finish before each is covered. The photos show the work as it was inspected.
Our own team, start to finish
Groundworks, brickwork, structure, roofing and finishing are done by SwiftBrick's own people, managed by Luke. The same faces dig the footings and hand back the keys.
Named streets, real neighbours
We name the street and the estate so you can judge the job against your own house. The house number and the owner stay private.
